Rentals can be incredibly expensive! Renting a tent alone can cost you thousands of dollars. Unfortunately, people often push this portion of planning to the end of their budget and aren't always left with enough to rent everything that they will need to make sure their event goes off without a flaw.
We rent thousands of tables, chairs, linens, silverware and more every year. The price to purchase those items is spread over thousands of rentals. Labor is where the true expense comes from. The labor required to clean, store and move those items, unfortunately, never changes. The labor is where the true expense for renting items comes from.
What Exactly Do I Need To Rent For My Event?
Planning an event is where all the fun begins! Not all events are created equal. Someone planning a wedding will have vastly different needs than someone planning a corporate party. A lot of those rentals will be things that you frankly do not need. That isn't how you stay in business for 40 years (like we have #HumbleBrag).
We've been renting to the fine folks of Lexington, KY and surrounding counties for four decades because we take the time to get to know you and your event. We have to make sure that we understand exactly what it is you're going for so that we can provide you with the exact items that you need. If you don't want it or need it, then you don't! We leave it at that.

We put the same amount of time into helping people plan weddings, parties, or corporate occasions. No one type of event is better than the other. We have two warehouses full of different tents, tables, chairs, linen, and silverware. Honestly, that just scratches the surface.
